This project involved the transformation of a classic single story Californian bungalow, into a double story modern coastal style home in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs. QUEBuilt completed the build as well as the design phase based on the client’s vision and scope of works. The outcome delivers a collaboration between the use of natural light and particular selection of natural materials such as blackbutt flooring, floating concrete hearth and recycled brick feature walls. The synergy between all elements of the home were outstanding.
